Bicycle Plan for Factory Employees

Why: The objective is to improve the mobility of factory employees, predominantly women, by providing bicycles. This initiative will enhance their living conditions by reducing the time and effort spent walking to the factory. Additionally, establishing a bicycle maintenance shop will ensure the sustainability of this improvement.

Goal: Provide 150 bicycles and set up a bicycle maintenance shop
