What is Trivium?

The name “Trivium” represents different paths coming together.

Monchy Trivium Foundation was founded in 2019 by three companies within the Monchy Food Company group:

Rhumveld

The foundation was created to support the regions where we source our products and help strengthen the communities connected to our supply chains.

Education was one of the foundation’s original focus areas, which is also part of the meaning behind the name “Trivium”.

Over time, the foundation continued growing together with more business units and people across the group, supporting projects connected to farming communities around the world.

Good working conditions include access to healthy food. This project will expand the Amama veggie garden, helping increase the lunch programme from two to five meals per week and strengthening employee wellbeing.

Monchy Trivium Vietnam

Project Started: 2022. The Trivium Foundation is proud to have played a crucial role in the renovation of a school in Binh Phuoc, Vietnam, which was recently handed over to the teachers and local authority. The success of this project is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the local community, who were instrumental in the renovation the facility. The renovated school building is a perfect example of the positive impact that can be achieved when the community and a charitable organization come together.

Project Started: 2017 The Trivium Foundation is supporting children from the Grange Primer School in Witput with bursaries for high-quality High Schools in the area, like Hoërskool Hopetown , in the Northern Cape town of Hopetown.

Project Started: March 2019 The Trivium Foundation is supporting a school project in the rural areas of the Pando department in Bolivia, together with the Federico Hecker Foundation. More than 80 indigenous families will benefit from this project.
